The first hole at Eagles Crossing is a links-style par 4 with OB on both left and right the entire way to the hole. Your best shot at birdie is to make two aggressive shots that land in-bounds. But even playing safe isn’t going to get you an easy par here! The wind will be a factor on most days as it’s usually swirling around this hole.

This hole is deceiving, play here is much harder than it looks. This par 4 requires a good solid drive that doesn’t fade left as OB comes into play on the drive. The second shot is a low ceiling left-to-right, so having a good roller or side arm is needed if you want a shot at birdie.

Uphill and over a lake in the woods, this hole was designed with a very wide fairway that lets you bomb it off the tee with your longest flying driver. Distance off the tee is the important thing here as the basket is on the lake’s edge and it’s much easier to get to the green if you’ve crested the hill for a look. If you’re looking for birdie, you’ll find the right fairway is better than the left.

This tight, uphill par 4 is one of the easier holes to birdie at Eagles Crossing. Hit the gap and stay close to the road, right is better than left. The basket is located behind a clump of trees. Be careful as OB right and behind can come into play, an accurate approach to the green is critical.

Hole four at Eagles Crossing is a park-like par 5 which plays along the ridge, with a sharp drop-off along the entire hole on the left. We cannot stress this enough: Don’t Go Left! The fairway pinches off around 200 feet before the pin, so don’t get loose on the approach... Seriously, don’t go left here!

The fifth hole is another par 5 that plays along the ridge, down a hill and then back up. This one, however, is much tighter off the tee from the blue. Hit the gap with a hyzer flip or side arm and don’t go left. The white tee plays much easier with 2 gaps you can take off the tee. Lots of trees to miss but there’s plenty of routes you can take to give yourself a shot at birdie after 3 throws.

The par 3 seventh hole has one of the most picturesque pin placements along the water’s edge. The pin is approximately 60’ from the water’s edge. The blue tee on sixteen will require more than the 450 in distance you’ve been boasting about! It will take all of that and more to get out over the lake and back to the green for a putt.

Hole eight is a par 3 that plays to an island green and it’s all right in front of you. There’s a gap to hit from the blue tee, which will require a flat release and straight flying disc that doesn’t fade much at the end. The white tee gives you several choices to hit the green and all will require sticking the landing.

The ninth hole gives you options galore from the white and blue tee, but none of them are safe routes. Big arms should try a left-to-right over the lake for the best shot at birdie. There’s OB left, right and beyond the entire length of the hole.

Train wreck! This signature hole at Eagles Crossing plays off a cliff from the blue tee, then cuts through 700ft of woods where train tracks once ran, until cutting back up to an elevated pin placement in some trees on the right. This is a par 5, and a 5 is good here! Use your straightest flying disc and use it on every shot if you have to. We recommend apache off blue. Having a good sidearm here will save you some strokes.

Downhill to an island green that sits beside Camp Creek, this shot is very deceiving and proper nose angle is critical to landing on the green. Once on the green, Buddha watches over you from his perch above the creek. Hopefully, you’ll feel his calmness and make your putt! But be careful, there’s a vortex here that flips discs up and causes them to hit trees or wind up in the creek. Throw something you can control with nose down, a disc with a bit more stability than you’re thinking.

This hole is just as tricky as the last, possibly more so, because coming up short here will result in your bag getting lighter! The prevailing wind is usually in your face and can wreak havoc on even the best of shots. If your sidearm was successful earlier, use it or throw a slightly over stable mid or straight fairway driver. Distance control is key here!

This is the third par 3 in a row and this one requires both power and accuracy to reach the pin. Be careful, because the green slopes quickly beyond the basket and OB comes up fast! Play this one aggressively off the tee.

This par 4 plays uphill, right to left. It’s best to land in front and just left of the red tee for a big left-to-right approach over the lake. Want a safer route? Throw your second shot through the trees staying away from the lake. There is a spot 80 -100 feet right of red tee just over the lake that will give you a shot at a big right-to-left to reach the pin! OB is on the right from the tee and on your second shot into the green.

The fifteenth hole at Eagles Crossing is a downhill par 3, which typically plays into a head-wind, is harder than it appears. We suggest using an over stable fairway driver, flat over the water and letting the predictable fade do the work. If you are really confident in your sidearm, use it here.

From the blue and white tees there is really only one smart option: land your drive in front of the red tee. We suggest a slightly under stable fairway driver, or straight flying mid-range, as even the bailout requires precision. If you’ve got that sidearm, use it again. If you are in position to attack the green, try an over stable mid down the road, cutting left past the trees, to the pin on the rock. Big arms will want to clear the pond off the tee. Discs that don’t land in bounds here go to red tees for 3rd shot. This hole is bit demanding for the second on a course, but this is a championship level course so good luck!

This hole is about as straight forward as an uphill par 4 in the woods can get. Hit the gap off the tee with enough power, but don’t lose accuracy here because if you are not on the fairway, getting to the green will be difficult. Being right will be better, but be careful as OB comes up quick on the right side. A roller might be a good option from the white tee. Be aggressive, this is one of the easier holes to birdie.

So you’ve told people you can throw 450ft? Well, now is the time to prove it! From the blue tee, it’s 420ft to clear the water! If you would like to have a chance at an eagle, the best spot to be in is between the woods on the left and the OB on the right. The second shot is a blind uphill drive that plays over a lake to The Cake, but be careful because it’s about 100ft further than you think it is. If you have a putt you might as well run it because an eagle will be a rarity on this hole. If your interest is now in question, land your drive near the twin trunk sycamore on the left. Hyzer around the wood line, and throw an accurate layup from here to The Cake and then make your putt for birdie.
